Hello and welcome to our website!

We're 'The Windy City Weatherbirds' - a London based Jazz Band specialising in Swing and Dixieland music inspired by our love of Wild Bill Davison, Louis Armstrong, Muggsy Spanier, Eddie Condon, Bobby Hackett and Jack Teagarden and Alex Welsh to name a few!

Formed during our time spent studying at various conservatoires we now frequently perform at concerts and festivals around the UK.

The band is also available for private function bookings as a septet, sextet or quartet.

We are a bit of a 'family business' as the group features a 3 brothers frontline - Magnus, Joe and Daniel Pickering on trumpet, clarinet and trombone.
